症状：
在windows下安装 11.2.0.3的prerequisite  检查时，有下面的报错：

原因:
bug 13464164

解决方案：
安装11.2.0.4即可，因为在11.2.0.4上，已经fix了该bug

或者

11.2.0.3时的变通方法：

1. 启用c$的隐含共享
2. 在注册表的如下位置启用下面的参数：

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\LanmanServer\Parameters
 
Parameter: AutoShareServer

设置该参数值为1

3. 重试安装
