怎么解决了，开始吧

首先打开win+r打开cmd命令窗口

输入 netstat -ano  回车

找到48009的端口对应服务的ip 11256

右键双击左下方打开任务管理器

选择详细信息找到pid为11256进程点击右键结束任务

 

到此，这个问题就解决了。
