fatal: password authentication failed for user "postgres
1. 问题现象
今天收到技术支持同时的消息，描述说现场有几台设备在升级pg数据库的版本（从V9.5升级到V11.5）后，PG服务器起立后，无法使用DBeaver和pgAdmin III工具远程连接。这里的升级过程使用了服务器升级包，整个升级包里面包含了其他模块的成果物在里面。
具体的报错信息如下：
1.1 DBeaver连接报错
- DBeaver
- FATAL:password authentication failed for user “postgres”
- FATAL:password authentication failed for user “postgres”
1.2 pgAdmin III连接报错
- pgAdmin III
- Error connecting to the server: FATAL: password authentication failed for user “postgres”
- Error connecting to the server: FATAL: password authentication failed for user “postgres”
1.3 psql登录报错
