克隆了项目中的代码，在无conda环境下使用pip安装了依赖，最后报错cl: 命令行 error D8021 :无效的数值参数“/Wno-register” error: command 'C:\，最后通过使用conda解决了，以此记录下

安装过程

1. Conda 安装，地址是https://docs.anaconda.com/free/miniconda/
2. 配置Conda环境变量，参考https://blog.csdn.net/m0_60688978/article/details/127207330
3. 创建虚拟环境

conda create -n chattts_env python=3.10

4. 激活环境

conda activate chattts_env
