首先要下载插件的zip，分两种，一种是带content.jar的； 另一种则是plugin+feature的。

第一种artifact

content.jar and artifacts.jar 的这种，直接在eclipse里点击 路径即可安装。
方法是：

help->install new software-> add -> archive -> select your zip file

第二种feature、plugin

如果含有feature、plugin
那么这种很明显就是需要解压缩, 然后放到eclipse的安装路径下即可。 如果已有features、plugins，放在原来的文件夹里 restart eclipse即可。 如果没有记得放在“dropins”下面。
比如我的是： elipsephoton/Eclipse.app/Contents/Eclipse/dropins

总结

1. 手动可以直接放在plugins下面（jars）
2. 也可拷贝plugin、feature
3. 可以add （name，url）来在线安装

4. 也可以下载zip，install archive（contents）；

   实操和理论相结合。
