assert core.is_compiled_with_cuda(), "not compiled with cuda
- 第一反应是torch或者是cuda版本出了问题，于是nvcc -V，好家伙cuda直接没安装.
- 于是卸载torch，重新安装torch和cuda(两者必须同时安装，不能分开安装)
conda install pytorch==1.10.0 torchvision==0.11.0 torchaudio==0.10.0 cudatoolkit=11.3 -c pytorch -c conda-forge
