1使用定时器计数每秒一次
2使用一个变量记录定时器响应多少次
3使用UART将记录的次数发出
Trigger Source(触发源):
Clock Source(时钟源):
选择内部时钟源
里面的值刚好实现1秒触发一次中断
打开中断
即STM32cude 的配置完成即可生成代码
